SORRY ABOUT THE WIND!!!
Considering it was such a monumentally rotten day, it was a brilliant turnout for Saturday's Park Run at Wanstead Flats. There were gale-force winds, driving rain, flooded trails and buckets of lovely mud.
Still, brilliant work everyone, especially Willow on her first Park Run (she's the one with the floppy ears).
Leading up to the summer we have a number of races planned across a range of distances.
Here's the calendar.
Friday 10th April - Victoria Park 5k & 10k.
Saturday 30th May - Lee Valley Velopark 5k, 10k & Half Marathon
Saturday 18th July - Olympic Park 5k & 10k or The Spitfire Scramble
Have a nice rest over the summer, then back on...
Sunday 6th September - Bacchus 10k & Half Marathon
