Start strong, finish stronger.

Breakfast, so it is said, is the most important meal of the day. It’s something I wholeheartedly agree with. So often breakfast is treated as an afterthought. A hasty bit of toast on the way out of the door. A cereal bar or piece of fruit on the way into work, or worse of all nothing until lunch. It’s crucial to fuel you day. Start well. You don’t want to be playing catch up and feeling hungry and risk over-eating later in the day. Treat breakfast like a main meal Give it the time and space it needs. Dammit the time it deserves. Take the time to prepare something and enjoy it, even if this means getting up earlier. Just 10 minutes crystallising your thoughts before the the hurly burly’s
