BACK TO SCHOOL BOOTCAMPS

Back outside from Friday 11th September

After months of working out online, we're going back outside with our coached group fitness sessions. 

This a progressive 6-week programme designed to build whole-body strength, conditioning and mobility after being stuck indoors since March.

It's a good starting point for beginners as the exercises are simple to start, but be prepared for some hard work as the programme progresses.

 

The atmosphere is sociable and fun but everyone works hard to get the best out of the session. We train outside in all weather, sunshine to snow.

 

We're running 2 groups. The Friday group starts Friday, 11th of September at 9:30 am. The Sunday group starts Sunday September 13th at 10 am.

​As well as the group sessions you'll get a new workout every week via video for you work with at home.

​You'll be amazed at what you can achieve, working together with a great group of people. Everything is achievable no matter what your fitness level, just give yourself the opportunity to go for it.

How fit do I have to be?

The course covers all fitness levels. We have complete beginners and experienced trainers attending our sessions. The exercises and moves can be scaled and adapted according to your capabilities so you get the workout you need.

 

How long are the sessions?

The session itself lasts 60 mins. This includes warm-up, mobilisation, main workout, cool-down and stretch

Where are the classes?

The classes are held in the forest near the Peterhouse Centre on Forest Rise, Upper Walthamstow.
