BOOTCAMP IS BACK OUTSIDE!!!

June 11th at 9:30 am or 13th at 10 am.

This lockdown has been a long one for most people's fitness. Let's set down some markers and really build our fitness over 6 weeks with Bootcamp Challenge.

 

We run 2 separate groups every week for 6 weeks. The Friday group starts on 11th June at 9:30 am or if you prefer to train on the weekend the Sunday group starts on the 13th at 10 am.

 

This 6-week programme starts with some fitness tests, then we build on each element to get faster, fitter and stronger by the end of the programme.

As well as the weekly group sessions, you'll also get a weekly workout video for you to work with at home whenever suits you

It's a good starting point for beginners as the exercises are simple to start but, be prepared for some hard work as the programme progresses. 

 

The atmosphere is sociable and fun and everyone works hard to get the best out of the session.

​You'll be amazed at what you can achieve, working together with a great group of people. Everything is achievable no matter what your fitness level, just give yourself the opportunity to go for it.

How fit do I have to be?

The course covers all fitness levels. We have complete beginners and experienced trainers attending our sessions. The exercises and moves can be scaled and adapted according to your capabilities so you get the workout you need.

 

How long are the sessions?

The session itself lasts about 60 mins. This includes a warm-up, mobilisation, main workout, cool-down and stretch
