BOOTCAMP AT HOME

Online from February 26th at 9:30 am

2020 was one to forget, although I doubt many of us will. The group sessions are still online until we're allowed to train outside as a group again. 

Even though we won't have the forest we will still be training and working together. This 6-week programme is designed to get you into shape after the excesses of the festive season.

It's a good starting point for beginners as the exercises are simple to start but, be prepared for some hard work as the programme progresses.

The atmosphere is still sociable and fun online and everyone works hard to get the best out of the session. All you need is an internet connection, a device, and a little bit of clear space.

 

We run 3 sessions a week on Friday, Sunday and  Wednesday for as long as we're online. We start on Friday 26th of January at 9:30 am. We continue on Sunday 28th at 10 am and Wednesday 3rd March at 9:30.

​As well as the group sessions you'll get a copy of the session on video for you to work with at home whenever suits you

​You'll be amazed at what you can achieve, working together with a great group of people. Everything is achievable no matter what your fitness level, just give yourself the opportunity to go for it.

How fit do I have to be?

The course covers all fitness levels. We have complete beginners and experienced trainers attending our sessions. The exercises and moves can be scaled and adapted according to your capabilities so you get the workout you need.

 

How long are the sessions?

The session itself lasts 45 - 60 mins. This includes warm-up, mobilisation, main workout, cool-down and stretch
