BACK 2 SCHOOL BOOTCAMP

Sep Fri 9th at 9:30am or Sun 18th at 10am

This programme is a progressive 6-week programme that's a great reintroduction to exercise after the summer break. 

It is suitable for all levels. A good jumping on point for those that want to get back to exercising regularly, but still challenging enough for more seasoned Bootcampers.

 

We run 2 separate groups every week for 6 weeks. The Friday group starts on 9th September at 9:30 am or if you prefer to train on the weekend the Sunday group starts on the 18th at 10 am.

We'll be working with bodyweight exercises, as well as kettlebells, battleropes, gym rings & medicine balls. The sessions in the programme start with a focus on basic strength then we build as you get stronger and fitter. The sessions cover strength-cardio work as well as all-out high intensity intervals.

 

We have a wide range of fitness levels in the group. The atmosphere is sociable and fun and everyone works hard to get the best out of the session.

As well as the weekly group sessions, you'll also get a weekly workout video for you to work with at home whenever suits you.

​You'll be amazed at what you can achieve, working together with a great group of people. Everything is achievable no matter what your fitness level, just give yourself the opportunity to go for it.

How fit do I have to be?

The course covers all fitness levels. We have complete beginners and experienced trainers attending our sessions. The exercises and moves can be scaled and adapted according to your capabilities so you get the workout you need.

 

How long are the sessions?

The session itself lasts about 60 mins. This includes a warm-up, mobilisation, main workout, cool-down and stretch
