ONLINE BOOTCAMPS

Next Block on Wednesday 3rd June

The group outdoor exercise programmes are all on hold as long as the COVID-19 crisis continues.

 

So, to keep you all moving and active; we've been running 3 video boot camps a week.

 

Each with a different focus and aim. 

 

This is a really challenging time for everyone so it's really important to keep moving. Keep your heart and lungs strong with cardio and HiiT. Keep your body strong with bodyweight and simple household kit.

You've got to be inventive but we can all do it.

We're running 3 classes a week. Here is the programme and links to example videos of the sessions.

Wednesdays at 9:30 am. Strength Training

This session will really help you to build strength throughout your body using bodyweight exercises and simple things you can find around the house. 

Fridays at 9:30 am. Whole-body Conditioning

This session combines strength and more intense work. It's challenging but enjoyable work.

Sunday at 10 am. HiiT

This will get your heart racing and your lungs pumping. This exhilarating work is short, sharp and intense.

How fit do I have to be?

The course covers all fitness levels. We have complete beginners and experienced trainers attending our sessions. The exercises and moves can be scaled and adapted according to your capabilities so you get the workout you need.

 

How long are the sessions?

The session itself lasts 30 - 40 mins. Before the session starts complete this warm-up. After the workout click here for a full cool down and stretch

Where are the classes?

In your front room or your garden. All you need is a space about the size of your average lounge rug.
