BACK 2 SCHOOL BOOTCAMP

Are you looking for a fun and challenging way to get back in shape after summer? Our boot camp is the perfect solution!

 

We offer two separate groups every week for 6 weeks, so you can find a time that works for you. Our boot camp is suitable for all levels, so whether you're a beginner or a seasoned exerciser, you'll be able to get the most out of our program.

We'll start back gently with some simple but fun group work, and then gradually build up the intensity as you get stronger and fitter.

We'll be working with a variety of equipment, including bodyweight exercises, kettlebells, battle-ropes, and medicine balls. The sessions will cover strength-cardio work as well as all-out high intensity intervals. We have a wide range of fitness levels in our group, so the atmosphere is always sociable and fun. Everyone works hard to get the best out of each session.

As well as the weekly group sessions, you'll also get a weekly workout video to work with at home whenever suits you. You'll be amazed at what you can achieve when you work together with a great group of people. Everything is achievable no matter what your fitness level, so just give yourself the opportunity to go for it!

How fit do I have to be?

The course covers all fitness levels. We have complete beginners and experienced trainers attending our sessions. The exercises and moves can be scaled and adapted according to your capabilities so you get the workout you need.

 

How long are the sessions?

The session itself lasts about 60 mins. This includes a warm-up, mobilisation, main workout, cool-down and stretch

We usually meet in the clearing behind the Peterhouse centre.
