What happens in the first session?
The first consultation and taster session is free and there is no obligation to book any sessions.
This a relaxed and informal session which gives you the chance to talk about your fitness ambitions and ask as many questions as you want.
We also carry out some preliminary fitness tests to provide a clearer picture of how fit you are and how we can help you to achieve your goals. This is a chance to see if personal training is what you want and if Forest Fitness is the right trainer for you.
The review includes:
- experience with exercise,
- your blood pressure,
- cardiovascular fitness,
- body composition,
- calculation of your body mass index,
- review of your diet & lifestyle in order to find the best way to fit exercise into to your daily routine.
If you do decide to proceed, we will provide you with a detailed Health & Fitness Report then we design a comprehensive exercise programme. This programme is built using the data we've collected in the Health & Fitness Report and tailored to YOUR personal requirements. We look at what you need to reach your health, fitness or weight-loss goals.
Personal Training is a bespoke professional service and an investment in your health and fitness. We will provide total support whilst working together during and outside session times keeping you challenged and motivated as well as making your exercise routine fresh and fun.
Where will the Personal Training sessions take place?
Wherever you feel comfortable. We can train you at home, at work, in a gym or outside.
